The FMJH is a partner in the MathPhDInFrance program, co-financed by the European "Marie Sklodowska-Curie Co-funding of Regional, National and International Programme". This program offers doctoral grants for co-tutored theses between a laboratory in the Ile-de-France region and one in another. Two calls for applications are planned in 2023 and 2024 for theses starting the following year. More details here.
