  • Mathematics for everyone

If mathematical research is present at the highest level on the Paris-Saclay Campus, this does not mean that it is reserved for an elite living in rarefied air, nor that mathematics as a discipline is the preserve of specialists. Just as it is possible to be a music lover without being a virtuoso in an orchestra, everyone should be able to enjoy the usefulness and even the beauty of mathematics, provided it is presented with the talent that places it at an appropriate level of understanding.

The two initiatives below meet this dual objective: to open up research to undergraduates and to support initiatives to popularize mathematics and computer science among the general public.
