EDMH welcome day
A welcome day for all EDMH PhD students is organized in October of each year, usually at IHES. Attendance is highly recommended, especially for first-year PhD students (a buffet is provided!).
Presentations are devoted to the EDMH curriculum (including the rights and duties of the doctoral student) and to scientific presentations by the teams of the EDMH host laboratories, to promote better knowledge of the various partners and the cohesion of the EDMH. Finally, information is provided on the tools developed by the FMJH in conjunction with the EDMH to support the doctoral school, such as the Vivaldi and junior scientific visibility programs, and the MathTech transversal training track.
