Registration and re-registration procedures are carried out by ADUM plateform

** For ENS Ulm, in accordance with the co-accreditation agreement between PSL and Paris-Saclay, registration is carried out:

when the doctoral student is financed by a ministerial contract not linked to a five-year contract, or by an IDEX doctoral contract outside Labex, in the doctoral student's paying institution if it is authorized to issue theses, otherwise in the enrolling institution by agreement;
when this is not the case, and the supervisor is a teacher-researcher paid by an institution of the Université Paris Science et Lettres (PSL) or the Université Paris-Saclay, in the supervisor's paying institution if it is authorized to issue theses, otherwise in the registering institution by agreement;
otherwise, at ENS Ulm, unless otherwise agreed by Université PSL and Université Paris-Saclay.

Registration takes place in 2 phases: pedagogical registration and administrative registration. These are merged and dematerialized via ADUM.

For pedagogical registration:

enter or update your full CV (pdf) and photo (jpg, good quality, as it will be on your student card). Fields marked with a red star are compulsory, but for example, you can enter “see EDMH IR” for details of follow-up, unless you have specific requirements. Numerous fields (including parents' socio-professional category, type of degree giving access to the doctorate, origin of funding, etc.) will be used for compulsory ministerial data collection campaigns, so please fill them in carefully.
please also note that English and French abstracts and key words must be filled in correctly (as they are published on the “theses.fr” website).
make sure (by asking your thesis supervisor for confirmation) that the ADUM field for the thesis supervisor is correctly filled in (names of supervisors or co-supervisors, and respective %). The total must be 100%.
upload the pdf file containing ALL the required documents (see below).
for the CVEC contribution, when making payment, be sure to select the institution or city to which your research unit belongs.
to indicate an individual follow-up committee (CSI): this will be done at the end of 1A, the CSI will be made up of two researchers (for more information),
click to validate your registration, which constitutes a signature on your part, and a message is automatically sent to the thesis director (DT), unit director (DU) and EDMH, and the appropriate persons will also click to validate their signature.
