Mathematics for Artificial Intelligence
The LMH program "Mathematics for Artificial Intelligence" (Maths-IA) aims to develop mathematics at interfaces with artificial intelligence (in a broad sense) in the perimeter of Paris-Saclay University and Polytechnique Institut of Paris, particularly in the following fields: algebra (coding, cryptography, ...), harmonic analysis (wavelets, ...), mathematical logic (verification, proof, ...), probabilities (information theory,stochastiques, ...), optimization, statistics (statistical learning, "data science", ...)
Program
- Finances scientific events (conferences, symposia, schools ...). Your funding request is to be filed here
- Finances invitations to foreign scientists, for periods of 1 to 3 months. Your funding request is to be filed here
- Participates in the financing of collaborative projects involving laboratories in the scope of Paris-Saclay
- Is associated with the organization of "statistics / learning days at Paris-Saclay", annual days whose first edition took place in January 2016
- Finances post-doctoral scholarships
PLEASE NOTE: all funding requests will be examined at the next LMH Steering Committee meeting. Applications arriving before Thursday of the week preceding the Committee will be examined. See calendar of meetings of the Steering Committee
